What our colleagues say about working here

I love that we are rooted within the NHS and using my skills and experience somewhere helping to make a difference. It’s rewarding work within a flexible and friendly team.
— Robert Burton, Project Manager
Everyone at Thrive by Design knows that the other team members have their back, it is ok to admit when things aren’t going so well, to cry and to laugh and to ask for and offer help. The impact we have had and the culture of kindness embedded in our team hasn’t been down to one person, it is because every single member of the team plays their role and cares about each other and the world around them.
— Roz Davies, Managing Director
These new roles have become available at such an exciting time for Thrive by Design. Some weeks we take a step back and can’t quite believe all the places we have been, challenges we have overcome together and things we have learned. I am so proud of the team and can’t wait to meet the people who are going to help shape our next chapter.
— Kirstin Blackwell. Deputy Director of Inclusive Co-design
