Our Design Thinking Model
Unlocking small changes for big impact.
We apply a 5-stage inclusive design thinking model to all our projects providing a framework for rapid and iterative human-centred design, focussing on small changes that can have big impact.
1: Understand – working with teams and people with lived and living experience to research and better understand people's current experiences and the challenges they face.
2: Prioritise – taking a pragmatic approach to prioritising the experiences and challenges that need to be improved.
3: Co-design – working with teams and people with lived and living experience to co-design ideas for improving people's experiences and overcoming the challenges they face.
4: Prototype – developing ideas into tangible things that can be tested with people.
5: Test – sharing the prototypes with people to test whether the ideas for improvements would have a positive impact on people's experiences.
